Section 13-A -- Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994 (19 of 1994), Section 76, 80 – Election of Sarpanch -- Election petition – Limitation – Condonation of delay -- Election petition was required to be filed within 45 days -- Limitation cannot be extended in any manner -- Section 80 of the Act provides that an election petition not complying with the provisions of Section 76 of the Act has to be dismissed.
